Green Moong Bean Bread
Whole Green Moong Beans: 2 cups
Green chilies: as per your taste
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Ginger: ½ inch peeled and diced
Freshly ground cumin powder
Soak Green Moong beans overnight.
Grind soaked Moong beans, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, and salt with minimum possible water to make a thick batter.
Heat a griddle on medium flame.
On a drop of oil spread the batter to make a flat round, or square if you like.
Cover for a minute, or until turns golden brown then turn it over to roast the other side for about a minute.
Wholesome Green Moong Bean bread is ready.
