smoky butternut

There are still a few seats available in my pumpkin and squash class on October 22 at Meijer Garden where we’ll be learning all things ‘local’ and squash, like this delicious smoky roasted butternut squash from Goodell’s Farm Stand with R.F. Johnson sauteed tuscan kale and tonnato spinach. Not shown, deliciously creamy (and low-fat) sage-infused cream sauce. Just click on the photo and you can sign up!
